Your privacy matters to us. People share personal matters with us when they ask for Istikhara, and we treat every detail with complete confidentiality. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What information we collect

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no online payments. We only receive the information you choose to send us on WhatsApp, which is usually:

• your full name and your mother's name;
• the matter or intention you want Istikhara for;
• the package you choose and your payment confirmation;
• optionally, your city and, for marriage proposals, the other person's name;
• your WhatsApp number, which WhatsApp shares with us when you message us.

How we use your information

Your details are used only to perform your Istikhara, to send you the result and to keep a record of your consultation and payment. We do not use them for anything else.

We never sell or share your data

Your information is never published, sold, rented or shared with anyone. Client details are never shown on this website. Only the scholar performing your Istikhara and the team member handling your booking can see your messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your consultation messages for up to 12 months so we can answer any follow-up questions about your Istikhara, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Website analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand, in general and anonymous terms, how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are read most). It does not tell us who you are and is never linked to your WhatsApp conversation.
